Shipping & Returns

We use NZ Post Track n Trace for all deliveries, and suggest you have your package delivered where you will be during working hours. Approximate delivery times are as follows:

Auckland - 1-2 working days
North Island 2-3 working days
South Island 2-4 working days
Canada TNT EXpress Parcels 5 -7 days
Germany TNT EXpress Parcels 5 -7 days
US TNT EXpress Parcels 5 -7 days

*Rural deliveries can sometimes take an extra few days.

Payment for goods on the website must be made by MasterCard and Visa credit cards or bank transfer. Orders are not accepted until the credit card payment is authorised or bank transfer has been received. On acceptance or an order and confirmation of payment.

In the event that good and / or services are listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or pricing information error, Spear Mags shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for goods and / or services listed at an incorrect price. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact Spear Mags immediately by e-mail to "Terry Russell" . It may not always be possible to stop an order from being processed or being dispatched, as we endeavor to process orders promptly. A service fee may apply to any cancellation of orders.

Spear Mags will use all reasonable efforts to deliver the products to the Customer within the indicative delivery time. Any time for delivery of goods quoted by Spear Mags shall be approximate only and Spear Mags shall not be liable to the customer for any failure or delay to supply or deliver any goods and / or services at such time on any grounds whatsoever, including negligence by Spear Mags.

In the event that a product(s) is lost during transit, the Customer must, within 15 working days of ordering the goods and / or services, provide Spear Mags written notice giving reasonable particulars of any such alleged damage or partial loss. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that no claim whatsoever shall be accepted by Spear Mags for any damage to, or loss of, product(s) which occurred during transit of same where written notice is not provided to Spear Mags within this period. On accepting the Customer's claim, Spear Mags will at its discretion replace or refund the product(s) and pay for any additional delivery charges.
